1. The service
Personal Loans is not a lender, bank or credit union and does not make credit decisions. We are a marketing referral service that connects consumers with third-party lenders and lending partners. We do not charge consumers a fee for this service. Rates, terms, amounts and eligibility are set by the lender, not by us, and are subject to the lender's own review. Not all consumers who submit a request will be matched with a lender. Availability varies by state. This site does not constitute an offer or solicitation to lend. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or advice about your finances.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree that everything you enter into the form is accurate and about you, and that you are not submitting another person’s details.
3. What happens to a request
Submitting the form authorises us to route your details to lending partners whose criteria match your answers. Being routed is not a decision. Whether any partner responds, on what terms, and whether they extend credit at all is entirely theirs to determine.
4. The payment estimator
The estimator on the home page performs standard amortisation arithmetic on figures you type in yourself. Its output is an illustration only. It is not an offer, it does not reflect any rate available to you, and it excludes fees a lender may charge. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a lender’s written disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to scrape or copy it by automated means, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to reach areas you are not authorised to reach, or for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to Personal Loans or to the rights holders it works with. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Everything else needs our written permission.
7. Third-party sites
When you continue with a lending partner you leave this site and enter theirs, under their terms and their privacy policy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
8. No warranties
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any request will produce a match.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal Loans is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with a lending partner.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may revise these terms; the version posted here is the one in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to hello@personalloanschoice.com.
